Perform basic electrical engineering design tasks under supervision: prepare specifications, sketches, calculations, review vendor drawings, interact with clients/vendors, visit job sites and vendor facilities, support procurement, and follow HSSE and quality procedures.

Lead and oversee technical aspects of multi-discipline engineering and construction projects. Manage deliverables, change orders, RFIs, action items, status reports, and project meetings. Ensure SEP compliance, coordinate MOC, develop workflows, resolve issues, and support project close-out and audits.

Provide process safety consulting for oil, gas, petrochemical and refining clients: lead PHAs (HAZOP/LOPA), advise on PSM/RMP compliance, analyze engineering documents for hazards, perform field inspections, support safety engineering (SIS, alarm management, facility siting), design fire protection systems, audit compliance, and assist business development and proposals.

Lead and manage large multi-discipline engineering projects from planning through completion. Serve as primary client interface, direct project teams, manage budgets, schedules, invoicing, resource planning, quality, safety, change management, and analyze project profitability and performance.

Lead mechanical engineering design for equipment, piping, and process systems; prepare specifications, calculations, and drawings; review vendor documents; manage projects, budgets, and teams; perform site and vendor visits; ensure HSSE compliance and apply codes (ASME, API).

Support capital projects delivering process control, instrumentation, and safety systems. Interface with vendors, contractors, operations, and maintenance to ensure reliable, standardized, and safe control system design, implementation, and documentation across plant sites.

Lead mechanical engineering design for equipment, piping, and systems on EPC projects. Prepare specifications, calculations, drawings, and reviews; manage vendors, budgets, schedules, and project teams; perform site and vendor inspections and ensure compliance with codes and HSSE standards.

Lead domestic business development for Facility Integrity services: identify prospects, prepare and manage proposals/contracts, maintain client relationships, support project managers with proposals/CRM updates, represent the company at industry events, develop market strategies, and coordinate BD processes and reporting.

Design and review mechanical equipment, piping and process systems; prepare specifications, calculations, sketches and analysis models; review vendor drawings; perform site and vendor inspections; manage project schedules, budgets, man-hour estimates and client relationships; lead medium-to-large multidisciplinary projects while ensuring HSSE and code compliance.
