Lead a multi-team engineering organization building consumer-facing products and platforms. Own technical strategy, architecture, delivery, and reliability; drive AI integration (LLMs, personalization, recommendations) into production; partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and Compliance; hire and develop managers and senior engineers; balance feature delivery with platform, tech-debt, and operational investments.
