Support New York Womens Design team across Rafaella and Laundry by Shelli Segal by preparing technical packages, flat sketches in Adobe Illustrator, seasonal presentation boards, conducting trend research, collaborating with technical design, merchandising, vendors and overseas offices to deliver commercially viable product on time.

Lead national sales strategy and execution for the Value Channel, manage executive accounts, oversee P&L and inventory optimization, collaborate cross-functionally on assortments, monitor market intelligence, and travel up to 30%.

Lead technical development of women's, men's, and kids' swimwear. Translate design into tech packs and 3D prototypes, manage fit approvals, communicate with global vendors, optimize construction and grading, oversee samples through pre-production, and improve technical processes.

Manage Nike swim apparel and gear development, coordinating design, sourcing, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Maintain PLM records, color standards, lab dips, trims, prints, and samples to meet deadlines and production readiness. Support packaging, labels, POs, and sample allocation while resolving issues and ensuring on-time delivery.

Support Men's Knit & Sweater design by performing trend research, recoloring prints, preparing technical packages and presentation boards, creating inspiration and sales boards, 3D rendering in Browzwear, making sketch revisions, and communicating specs with Product and Technical teams.
