Serve as primary liaison for a portfolio of enterprise clients, build strategic relationships, drive revenue growth, deliver Quarterly Business Reviews, manage escalations, maintain account plans and CRM records, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate internal teams, and ensure services align with client goals and KPIs.

Manage engagement and retention for an SMB client portfolio through proactive virtual relationship management, Salesforce-driven campaigns, analytics (Power BI), and cross-functional coordination. Drive upsell/adoption opportunities, improve self-service resources, and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and program performance.

Partner with Sales to design and present scalable, client-aligned enterprise solutions. Lead discovery, develop customized demonstrations and POCs, support RFP/RFI responses, and manage onboarding for moderate to complex accounts. Coordinate implementation activities, support configuration and migrations, mitigate technical risks, and ensure smooth transitions to Implementation while communicating feedback to Product and Engineering.

Perform phone interviews and internet research to verify applicants' employment, education, and professional licensure. Prioritize and reconcile discrepancies, follow client guidelines, meet daily production and quality targets, and maintain confidentiality while using multiple internal and external data applications and MS Office tools.

Serve as primary client account representative, build trusted advisor relationships, resolve service issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage account changes, ensure SLA compliance, provide platform navigation/training, monitor at-risk accounts, and maintain expert knowledge for assigned clients.
