Provide advanced administrative support to multiple C-level executives: manage calendars, screen calls, coordinate domestic and international travel, plan and execute large in‑person and virtual meetings and corporate events, maintain contacts and records, handle ad‑hoc projects, and improve operational efficiencies in a fast‑paced environment.

Lead operational due diligence and performance improvement engagements for manufacturing, distribution, and industrial clients—identify operational risks and value-creation opportunities, develop 100-day plans and KPIs, quantify financial impact, and support implementation to improve productivity, EBITDA, cash flow, and scalability while managing client relationships and engagement teams.

Lead U.S. accounting operations and month-end close in NetSuite. Manage complex reconciliations, technical accounting schedules (leases, accruals, goodwill), tax compliance support, intercompany eliminations, transfer pricing validations, and audit documentation while maintaining internal controls and reporting accuracy across U.S. and India time zones.
