Manage monthly billing and invoicing cycle, produce and distribute invoices, ensure billings align with contracts, reduce unbilled DSO, support collections, resolve AR/billing issues with project teams, and implement process improvements to improve transactional quality.

Conduct external wall fire-safety assessments for new and existing buildings: review drawings, perform on-site intrusive and compliance inspections, carry out PAS 9980 risk assessments, produce technical reports, support fire strategy development, manage projects and clients, mentor junior staff, and travel regularly to client sites.

Partner with project managers to manage project financials across the lifecycle, including revenue recognition, billing, collections, forecasting, month‑end close, financial analysis, risk identification, and process improvements. Support reporting, stakeholder collaboration, audits, and training to improve project financial performance.

Lead and facilitate Process Hazard Analyses (HAZOP, What-If, LOPA, FMEA); analyze P&IDs/PFDs and process safety data; prepare and peer-review PHA reports; advise on flammables, reactive chemistry, pressure relief and SIS/SIL; conduct site evaluations for NFPA, OSHA PSM, and EPA/RMP compliance; support proposals and client engagements.

Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications and cloud platforms. Build responsive front ends (React/Angular), secure .NET back ends, work with PostgreSQL/SQL Server, Docker, and AWS. Participate in architecture, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, troubleshooting, and improving engineering standards while collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps.

Lead technical delivery and project leadership for façade and external wall fire consultancy. Provide independent engineering judgement on façade systems, perform PAS 9980 and other external wall assessments, review build-ups and remediation proposals, assess test evidence, identify risks, lead client and multidisciplinary technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure technically robust, compliant, and defensible deliverables.
