Work with senior engineers to develop features, write and run tests, reproduce and fix bugs, assist with small data tasks and scripts, follow Git branching and CI/CD practices, participate in code reviews and documentation, and learn security basics and build/deploy workflows.

Provide first-line IT support: triage tickets, resolve entry-level software/hardware and basic network issues, assist with device setup and account administration, document fixes, and follow security protocols. Part-time, onsite-hybrid intern role providing hands-on helpdesk experience.

Lead and scale IT infrastructure and operations across on-premises, cloud, and data centers. Own systems availability, networking, backups, service desk, security operations, vendor/budget management, incident response, and compliance; mentor teams and drive projects to meet business and regulatory requirements.
