Leads the procurement, design, integration, installation, commissioning, and global deployment of automated quality measurement systems across automotive body and general assembly operations. Manages project schedules, supplier relationships, technical reviews, system requirements, risks, validation, and launch readiness. Serves as an onsite implementation lead and drives continuous improvement of manufacturing quality systems in collaboration with plants, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities include building simulation models, integrating and tuning plant, sensor, actuator, and communication models, supporting automated testing, troubleshooting complex bench issues, correlating environments with experimental data, coordinating rollouts, improving architectures, and mentoring engineers. The role also provides technical leadership, customer support, lab operations ownership, and cross-functional delivery coordination.

Develops production-grade data products, predictive models, AI applications, pipelines, APIs, dashboards, and multimodal solutions for product cost optimization. Partners with engineering, purchasing, finance, manufacturing, and program teams to translate ambiguous business problems into measurable technical outcomes. Responsibilities include modeling, deployment, monitoring, MLOps, data governance, LLM and RAG applications, document intelligence, and communicating insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Manages supplier relationships and launches retail automotive accessories. Analyzes market, customer, competitive, sales, and financial data to identify portfolio opportunities and risks; develops business cases and channel strategies; coordinates engineering reviews, supplier onboarding, contracts, warranties, and performance; oversees launch communications and digital product information; and presents recommendations to senior leadership while managing special projects.

Leads and mentors manufacturing engineers responsible for project execution, equipment installation, General Assembly integration, and production launches. Develops project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigations while coordinating with suppliers, operations, quality, supply chain, and product engineering. Ensures compliance with engineering, safety, regulatory, and manufacturing standards, drives continuous improvement and cost reduction, and supports brownfield integration, BOE alignment, plant implementation planning, and scalable automation strategies.

Design and optimize lunar rover chassis and structures by adapting automotive EV and suspension architectures for launch, vacuum, and one-sixth gravity. Own 3D CAD/CAE development, part release, testing/validation, dust and thermal protection, and cross-functional integration with thermal, power, GNC and software teams. Define verification plans and lead subsystem technical direction through production and field support.

Leads provisioning, integrated logistics support, sustainment data, and obsolescence management for defense vehicle programs. Coordinates engineering, supply chain, technical documentation, IT, suppliers, customers, and program teams to deliver accurate logistics data and documentation. Manages provisioning events, quality controls, configuration changes, third-party providers, lifecycle risks, mitigation plans, and customer reporting. Leads a small team, improves systems and processes, and supports proposals and new-program activities.
