Develops, validates, transfers, and launches casting manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production sequences. Responsibilities include supporting manufacturing validations, PPAP, build plans, equipment installation, casting defect analysis, troubleshooting, process documentation, statistical optimization, and nondestructive and destructive testing. The role is hands-on and onsite in a casting shop, requires collaboration with technical teams and suppliers, and involves frequent travel of at least 50%.
