Provide plant-floor controls engineering support: program and troubleshoot PLCs/HMIs/robots, resolve production breakdowns, lead small-to-medium projects, implement continuous improvement, manage drawings/prints, spare parts, SOPs, and train maintenance/production teams to meet safety, quality, responsiveness, and cost metrics.

Lead development and integration of vehicle displays (ICS, IPC, HVAC, FPI). Create requirements, manage technical specs, drive cross-functional alignment, support validation, troubleshoot launch issues, and lead supplier and PDT activities to meet cost, quality, and timing targets.
