Lead and manage new and pre-owned motorcycle sales operations, set sales goals and forecasts, coach and develop the sales team, ensure excellent customer service and floor coverage, and drive a world-class retail experience.

Sell new and pre-owned powersports vehicles by qualifying customer needs, demonstrating/test-driving vehicles, delivering vehicles, meeting sales quotas, coordinating with service/body shop, maintaining prospect system, and attending trainings to ensure customer satisfaction and dealership goals.

Sell motorcycles to meet dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction goals. Qualify customer needs, demonstrate and deliver vehicles (including test drives), explain features/warranty, maintain prospect and follow-up systems, coordinate with service and reconditioning, attend training, and report progress to the Sales Manager to drive repeat and referral business.
