Designs, configures, and optimizes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and connected enterprise systems. Translates business requirements into functional solutions, integrates Power Platform and AI capabilities, and builds reusable prompts, workflows, and agent-based automations. Partners with operations leadership to improve processes and support underwriting activities.

Leads a software engineering team while contributing hands-on to architecture, design, and implementation of Java and Spring Boot microservices. Develops cloud-native APIs on AWS, establishes engineering standards, implements CI/CD and observability practices, and guides scalable distributed-system solutions. Mentors engineers through reviews and pair programming while collaborating with product and architecture teams. The role also supports API governance, event-driven architectures, generative AI integrations, performance optimization, and agile delivery.
