Hands-on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Lead responsible for designing, configuring, and executing CJA solutions, enabling AEP data flows, defining measurement frameworks, mapping data sources, and delivering reporting while partnering with stakeholders and providing technical architecture and execution.

Serve as a data-driven consultant delivering digital channel strategy, analytics implementation, and insights for enterprise clients. Lead strategy engagements, define KPIs, run workshops, analyze data, shape product and delivery roadmaps, support pre-sales, and present executive-level recommendations while building cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Build, optimize, and maintain high-performance front-end components using Adobe Edge Delivery Services. Implement content blocks, templates, and responsive HTML/CSS/JS aligned to EDS and AEM. Improve Core Web Vitals and accessibility, lead migration POC work, integrate with Adobe Experience Cloud, collaborate across UX, architecture, and backend teams, and contribute to reusable component libraries and documentation.
