The Senior RF Systems Engineer will design, test, and integrate RF systems, working with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions for aircraft and ground stations.

Design, analyze, and deliver primary and secondary aircraft structures for hypersonic vehicles from trade studies through detailed design, manufacturing, integration, and flight test. Perform structural trade studies, generate CAD models and GD&T, collaborate on stress/fatigue/thermal assessments, support fabrication and testing, participate in design reviews, and iterate with test/flight feedback.

Develop and deploy real-time simulation environments for aerospace systems, integrating models and optimizing performance for flight control systems, using MBD and automation tools.

Design, integrate, and test RF communication, telemetry, navigation, and sensor systems. Define requirements, create link budgets and test plans, build and validate RF hardware and antennas, execute conducted and environmental RF tests, troubleshoot performance, support ground and flight integration, analyze test data, and coordinate regulatory spectrum and flight-test needs.

Provide hands-on, onsite service desk support for end users: troubleshoot hardware, OS, software, networking, and AV; administer Microsoft enterprise tools (Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, M365); manage tickets, document root causes, and follow security/export-control policies. Collaborate with IT team and support events and conference room systems.
