Lead account strategy and full sales lifecycle for sovereign and government customers, converting government relationships, policy, and procurement pathways into commercial revenue. Manage complex negotiations, align cross-functional delivery, prioritize opportunities using knowledge of funding cycles and procurement, and sustain long-term partnerships while communicating progress to leadership.

Design, develop, test, and mature Portable Life Support System hardware for Axiom EVA spacesuits. Own CAD modeling, analysis, fabrication, assembly, on-orbit demonstration, supplier reviews, manufacturing support, and project communication across the product lifecycle.

Lead operational management of the BD capture pipeline: track opportunities through six-phase capture, maintain CRM/data integrity, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage partnership documentation and milestones, produce pipeline reporting for leadership, develop BD SOPs/playbooks, and support executive decision materials to drive capture execution.
