Own and execute content strategy for Life & Annuities: create and manage content lifecycle, develop CMS and governance, run social media and multi-channel campaigns, ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency, and partner cross-functionally to support product launches, sales enablement, and recruiting.

Recruit and qualify financial advisors into the organization by executing a recruiting strategy and marketing plan. Maintain and document a pipeline of provided leads, manage the database, coordinate calls/webinars, and discuss Quantum's annuity and insurance products across accumulation, income, and death benefit solutions.

Coordinate recognition and incentive programs: manage communications, inventory, procurement, online store, orders and shipments, vendor relations, invoices, SOPs, and support marketing initiatives and events.

Develop and execute social media strategy, create and curate daily content, run paid social campaigns, manage editorial calendars, engage and moderate communities, analyze KPIs, optimize profiles, and collaborate with internal teams to grow brand awareness and campaign performance.

Lead and manage national marketing initiatives: plan with sales and VP, drive creative execution with internal teams, manage multiple projects and QA deliverables, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Manage the full lifecycle of agent and agency contract changes and book-of-business transfers, ensuring compliance and accurate commission tracking. Collect and review documentation, submit and track contract changes to completion, coordinate with internal sales and operations teams, and maintain partner check-ins and onboarding processes for large agency contracts.
