Lead FP&A for the Wealth business, managing forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial models and reporting. Mentor FP&A staff, partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements and system optimizations to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with Sales Ops, Commissions, FP&A, IT, and auditors to drive process improvements and accurate revenue reporting.

Lead a People Technology team to develop and execute Workday strategy, oversee configuration, upgrades, integrations, data governance, and end-user training. Partner with People & Culture, Finance, and IT to optimize processes, ensure data security and compliance, and drive continuous improvement of the Workday platform.

Provide hands-on HR support across workforce planning, onboarding/offboarding, talent program coordination, employee coaching, and day-to-day people operations. Partner with PCBPs, leaders, and COEs to maintain people data, track vacancies and role changes, coordinate performance and talent activities, resolve Workday help cases with shared services, and support change initiatives with practical tools and communications.

Provide high-level administrative support to executives including complex calendaring across time zones, travel and itinerary coordination, document preparation and editing, digital recordkeeping, expense management, meeting agendas and notes, visitor and event coordination, and general project support to keep leaders organized and productive.

Lead MDM policy, processes, and team to ensure accurate, consistent master data. Oversee data mapping, governance, stakeholder collaboration, change approvals, audits, and team training while reporting progress and managing resources.

Sell health and life insurance by prospecting via phone and email, educating clients on options, managing leads in a CRM, meeting monthly sales goals, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with the team to improve sales performance.

Support agents and agencies through the contracting lifecycle for life, health, and annuity products. Process and file contracting paperwork, maintain and audit CRM data, track contract status, resolve data issues, provide phone and email support, coordinate with sales/new business/commission teams, prepare reports and records, and ensure compliance with PHI/HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
