Leads manual User Acceptance Testing across multiple software platforms and integrated systems. Develops test plans, defines scenarios and acceptance criteria, executes functional, exploratory, regression, and integration testing, and manages defects through resolution. Documents test results, reports quality risks and status, and collaborates with product owners, engineers, scrum masters, and business stakeholders to validate end-to-end workflows and release readiness.

Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including job posting development, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer support. Serves as the company’s first point of contact by managing front-desk coverage, greeting guests, handling calls, mail, packages, and meeting rooms. Maintains office and kitchen supplies, coordinates catering and events, supports staff with travel and expenses, prepares communications, tracks invoices, and completes ad hoc projects. Requires strong organization, multitasking, communication, customer service, teamwork, and Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook.

Runs the third-party risk management program, including vendor intake, inherent risk tiering, security questionnaires, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, audit-ready documentation, risk reporting, and sanctions screening. Coordinates with vendors, procurement, legal, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to assess supplier risks, close documentation gaps, support platform integrations, and prioritize assessments based on vendor access and criticality.

Owns enterprise GRC platform administration and migration, including configuration, workflows, integrations, control mapping, reporting, analytics, and module rollouts. Develops executive dashboards, key risk indicators, findings analyses, documentation, and training. Partners with audit, risk, privacy, cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders to improve compliance processes, automate workflows, support control testing, and consolidate redundant technology. Requires hands-on GRC platform administration, migration experience, strong reporting skills, and knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks.

Supports enterprise compliance and risk assurance activities, including SOC 2 and HITRUST readiness, evidence collection, control walkthroughs, audit fieldwork, IT general control testing, findings remediation, and risk assessments. Maintains audit evidence in a GRC platform, identifies systemic issues, supports regulatory reviews, and helps standardize external audit processes across business units. The role collaborates with compliance, risk, legal, technology, finance, internal audit, and business teams.

Leads the Life and Annuity compliance operating rhythm, including governance, executive reporting, monitoring, testing, remediation, and audit-ready documentation. Owns compliance integration for acquired business units, coordinating cross-functional adoption and remediation plans. Drives initiatives to closure without direct authority, maintains procedures, identifies automation opportunities, and leads the compliance operations team. The role requires strong analytics, executive communication, organizational discipline, and experience with insurance compliance, GRC reporting, and acquisition integration.

Provides administrative and operational support for fixed annuity processing, workflow systems, reporting, data entry, correspondence, and filing. Handles communications, package distribution, office support, and technology testing while identifying process improvements. Requires administrative experience, strong customer service and communication skills, accuracy, organization, typing and 10-key proficiency, and Microsoft Office knowledge. Insurance or investment experience and financial licenses are preferred but not required.

Manage sales support operations for agents, marketers, and office staff. Handle inquiries, maintain agent records, support licensing, contracting, quotes, and new business through payment. Provide expertise on carrier products and case design, resolve pre-sale concerns and escalations, understand commission structures, develop proactive plans aligned with company goals, and participate in cross-functional projects.
