The role requires insurance industry knowledge, strong organization, attention to detail, timely follow-up, documentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Reviews and audits inbound and outbound sales calls, tracks call quality, validates QA data, prepares reporting, and identifies improvement opportunities. The role collaborates with Learning Development and Resource Development teams, maintains knowledge of Medicare, CMS compliance, sales processes, and related tools, and performs additional sales-resource audits as assigned.
