Manage and support agents to maximize performance and satisfaction. Drive client acquisition, deliver product and sales training, provide customer service, resolve operational issues, track productivity in CRM, and attend sales meetings and industry events.

Provide advisor support and platform subject-matter expertise across wealth technology systems (Black Diamond, Salentica, CRM, RCI). Deliver training, onboard users, manage permissions and data integrity, triage service tickets, coordinate projects, and prepare operational reporting to optimize advisor experience and platform operations.

Provide commercial and transactional legal support for Integrity Wealth, negotiating and drafting transaction documents, managing advisor and client transitions, coordinating with compliance and regulatory teams, overseeing external counsel and E&O insurance, and supporting litigation, arbitration, and risk management efforts.
