Provide backend customer support to insurance agents via phone, email, and in person. Plan, build, QA, execute, and analyze lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, in-app, and content cards. Create copy, update HTML/templates, design assets, run A/B tests, maintain campaign calendar, ensure regulatory compliance, and document assets and performance.

Lead corporate accounting for assigned business units, ensure timely reconciliations and financial reporting, manage weekly/monthly tasks in BlackLine and ERP, support audits, oversee integration and cash reporting, coach direct and offshore reports, and provide financial analysis and variance explanations to management.
