Handle incoming life insurance applications and documentation, enter data into company systems, create tasks for case managers, manage case files, pre-populate applications, verify agent licensing, mail policies, and support team workflow and projects.

Manage and grow advisor relationships across RIA and brokerage platforms by driving business development, delivering investment analysis and proposals, supporting onboarding and training, partnering with product providers, producing AUM and activity reporting, and creating marketing and sales tools to increase advisor engagement and assets under management.

Greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, take and relay messages, schedule appointments, perform data entry, accept and distribute packages, and handle general clerical duties to support office operations.

Support sales team and financial advisors by coordinating life, disability, LTC, and annuity business. Generate illustrations and quotes, respond to agent/broker inquiries, log opportunities in CRM, stay current on carrier underwriting and submission requirements, and help determine appropriate products based on risk and underwriting factors.
