Analyzes sales commission data, reconciles transactions, investigates discrepancies, prepares reports and dashboards, supports accruals and accounting entries, maintains commission systems and controls, and improves reporting automation and compensation plan processes.

Processes new account applications, account changes, and client service requests for financial advisors and clients. Resolves incomplete applications, enters personal and suitability information into firm records, handles communications across multiple channels, supports regulatory mailings, and escalates complex issues to management. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of direct experience with a broker-dealer, RIA, or insurance organization. FINRA Series 6 or 7 is preferred but not required.

Recruit and onboard independent insurance agents and agencies through outbound prospecting, relationship development, presentations, and product education. Maintain recruiting activity records in CRM systems, meet monthly goals, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and follow carrier and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves attending industry events, webinars, conferences, and training sessions while supporting agent growth initiatives.

Manage employment litigation, disputes, mediations, arbitrations, and appeals; develop legal strategies; advise HR and business leaders; draft compliant employment policies; oversee outside counsel; monitor legal developments; and manage budgets and complex matters.

Manages and optimizes content across multiple WordPress websites, including content strategy, publishing, theme and plugin administration, SEO, metadata, analytics, and user-experience improvements. Collaborates with marketing, design, development, copywriting, and program teams to maintain consistent digital experiences. Provides WordPress training and support while monitoring site performance and applying data-driven improvements.

Supervise registered representatives and review/approve brokerage and advisory transactions for suitability and compliance. Conduct account opening and ongoing reviews, detect potential sales abuses, provide training, maintain product knowledge, work with Compliance on regulatory issues, and recommend process improvements.

Analyze and validate carrier commission reports, prepare and process commission statements, upload reports to databases, identify and escalate transaction errors, coordinate pay audits, and support the Commission Director and Retention Manager.

Serve as primary contact for new representatives/advisors, guiding onboarding and transitions. Coordinate training with departments, review and process transition packets, maintain tracking systems, update forms and website content, and lead projects to improve onboarding processes.
