Records and pays inventory vendor invoices, matches invoices with purchase orders and warehouse receipts, reconciles vendor accounts and general ledger balances, researches discrepancies, and coordinates issue resolution with vendors and internal departments. The role also supports other accounting specialists, maintains confidentiality, and requires accurate, organized work in an on-site corporate environment.
