Partner with Sales and Partnerships leadership to analyze churn, win-loss, deal slippage, and pipeline trends. Execute quota-setting and compensation cycles, administer commissions in Everstage, manage exceptions, and act as a point of contact for quota/comp questions. Lead the Letter AI sales enablement tool, audit DocuSign agreements, and deliver actionable insights to leadership across U.S. and U.K. markets.

Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, driving budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, valuation analyses, Board and Audit Committee reporting, and corporate development evaluation. Lead architecture and evolution of Cardlytics' AWS-based data compute platform and lakehouse. Define standards for batch, streaming, ML, and AI workloads; build semantic layer, feature store, and governance. Partner with analysts and engineers, drive CI/CD (Terraform, GitHub Actions), monitoring, security, cost governance, and incident response while mentoring teams and shaping platform strategy.

Responsible for developing scalable machine learning pipelines, collaborating with teams on product strategy, and improving customer experiences through data insights.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and features. Collaborate with product and global engineering teams, write clean code, participate in code reviews, and solve technical challenges using modern cloud-native and distributed-system approaches.
