Monitor daily data intake across API, email, and FTP channels; perform QA to detect inconsistencies or trends; resolve data pipeline issues; document findings and follow procedures; and propose process/product improvements while working shift-based hours.

Develop brand voice and content strategy, manage editorial calendar, partner with Business Development, monitor content performance, and recommend data-informed optimizations.

Maintain and improve automated data collection and integration pipelines. Design data consumption channels (e.g., SSAS cubes, tables, services), monitor and optimize query performance and operational tasks, perform server maintenance, document work, and deliver releases using Agile/Scrum.

Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and infrastructure using Java/Python and AWS. Integrate relational and NoSQL databases, process data with pandas/numpy, optimize performance, collaborate with frontend and DevOps, document systems, and participate in Agile practices.

Lead outbound prospecting in the US to generate B2B SaaS leads. Use LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HubSpot and other tools to source contacts, set discovery and demo meetings, document activity in HubSpot, craft value-driven communications, and collaborate with sales to advance opportunities.

Design and build responsive, user-centric web applications using modern frontend technologies. Collaborate with backend and design teams, implement interactive UIs (Ember.js, Bootstrap), integrate RESTful APIs, optimize performance and scalability, document technical processes, and participate in Agile/Scrum delivery.

Serve as a trusted advisor for the MSIGHTS Platform: train and support users, manage support cases, perform data QA and ad hoc analysis, maintain documentation, coordinate with technology teams, and identify improvements to maximize client value and platform adoption.
