Work with strategic customers to design, prototype, and implement AI solutions on the Celonis Process Intelligence platform. Translate business needs into technical solutions (SQL, PQL, Python), build prototypes using generative AI and ML tools, present value to executives, ensure adoption and measurable ROI, and contribute reusable best practices to the Value Engineering Center of Excellence.

Design and lead enterprise solution architectures for large customers, support pre- and post-sales, unblock technical barriers, align cloud/data strategy with business goals, coach consulting teams, and develop reusable technical assets and thought leadership.

Support Value Engineering by analyzing customer process data, identifying use cases in the Celonis platform, quantifying financial impact, preparing management presentations, and presenting insights to C-levels while leveraging Celonis AI and data modeling.

Lead enterprise solution architecture for strategic Celonis deployments across multiple clients. Design scalable architectures integrating process intelligence, data, automation, and AI; define AI-agent workflows, validation standards, and reusable delivery patterns. Advise executive stakeholders, support pre-sales, guide complex implementations, mentor deployment teams, establish architectural standards, and translate customer process challenges into measurable transformation outcomes.

Own Celonis’s CIO narrative and strategic technology partnership offerings. Develop product positioning, messaging, pitch materials, launches, go-to-market strategies, competitive intelligence, and adoption programs. Partner with Product, Sales, Presales, Marketing, Corporate Development, and technology partners including OpenAI, Microsoft, and Oracle. Create content, coach go-to-market teams, engage executives and analysts, support demand generation, and establish thought leadership through events, media, and industry engagements.

Build and grow Celonis’s process modeling library using TypeScript, Angular, and HTML5. Develop graph rendering, dynamic layouts, and interaction logic for complex datasets. Apply AI coding tools daily, collaborate with Product and UX, write tested code, make technical decisions, and mentor engineers.

Lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers using AI-augmented tools. Translate business needs into technical specs, direct AI agents to build data models and analyses, validate outputs, configure operational solutions, run workshops, define KPIs, enable adoption, and manage project outcomes and handover.

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack systems for orchestration and automation. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, ensure reliability, performance, and security, participate in architecture and code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and troubleshoot and optimize production systems.

Lead strategic customer relationships to drive AI-driven business transformations using Celonis. Own end-to-end customer value, engage C-level stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, resolve escalations, accelerate adoption, and build customer advocacy and Centers of Excellence to realize measurable business impact.

Lead strategic initiatives to scale Value Engineering: design AI agents and autonomous frameworks, co-create product features, improve GTM value journeys, enable field teams, and drive ROI, adoption, and value realization across Celonis.
