Join Celonis' Orbit graduate program to design and prototype AI-driven Process Intelligence solutions. Work with customers to scope, build, and demonstrate AI/ML proofs of value using the Celonis platform and LLM technologies, ensure adoption and measurable ROI, and create reusable best-practice assets.

Participate in a 12-month Orbit program to consult with customers, scope requirements, prototype AI/ML and LLM solutions on the Celonis platform, build data models using SQL and PQL, deliver proofs-of-concept and demos, quantify business value, and collaborate with sales, implementation, and product teams to drive value realization.

Drive value realization and adoption across a portfolio using Celonis Process Intelligence. Build scalable 1:N programs, establish CoEs, coach partners and customers, use AI tools and agents to monitor health, surface expansion and renewal risks, deploy automated reports, and partner with technical teams to deliver complex solutions.

Lead strategic customer success for major mining accounts using the Celonis platform: engage C-level stakeholders, define roadmaps and value plans, mobilize cross-functional teams, drive adoption and change management, mentor teams, and build customer advocacy and industry programs.

Own the end-to-end customer value journey for Banking & Financial Services clients: translate strategic objectives into Celonis use cases, build demos and business cases, run value workshops, prototype with SQL/Python and AI, drive adoption/expansion, present value to C-level stakeholders, and provide product feedback.

Serve as trusted advisor to banking clients to identify, quantify, and realize value from Celonis Process Intelligence. Lead value assessments, build business cases and demos, run workshops, manage stakeholder communication, drive adoption, expansion and renewals, and feed product teams with customer insights.

In this role, you'll identify AI opportunities for enterprise clients, design scalable AI solutions, prototype implementations, and drive customer value from AI deployments while providing industry expertise.
