Act as trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, manage cross-functional Celonis teams, resolve escalations, build Centers of Excellence, run advisory boards, and champion customer advocacy. Ensure delivery of roadmaps, value plans, and adoption targets while mentoring internal and customer teams and promoting innovation across the account.

Support Business Development by researching accounts, prospecting via cold calls, emails and social outreach, qualifying opportunities, setting meetings for Account Executives, and reporting progress to sales leaders. Gain structured onboarding, coaching, and pathway to full-time BDR roles.

Lead a team of Value Engineers to drive end-to-end customer value journeys: land, expand, adopt, and renew accounts. Translate strategic objectives into Celonis use cases, engage C-level stakeholders, run QBRs/EBRs, allocate resources, and mentor talent to accelerate value realization and ACV growth.

Lead technical deployments of Celonis containerized solutions in customer environments. Analyze architectures, design integrations (APIs, data ingestion), implement IaC and Kubernetes-based deployments, advise on authentication/user provisioning, remove technical barriers to adoption, and collaborate with product teams to promote reusable platform solutions.

Own end-to-end design and delivery of AI-powered solutions for system transformations. Prototype on the Celonis platform, wire data, compose AI-driven applications, iterate with customers, and scale deployable products across customers while partnering with platform, UX, and GTM teams.
