Prospect and qualify commercial contractors through Billd’s sales and customer activation process. Responsibilities include cold calling, lead management, presenting financing solutions, supporting online enrollment, collecting approval documentation, coordinating with underwriting, managing follow-up, and developing outbound campaigns using phone, email, text, LinkedIn, and Apollo. Success is measured by activated customers and consistent quota achievement.

Owns sales growth for an assigned territory by selling financial products to commercial subcontractors, acquiring new customers, reactivating inactive accounts, and developing referral relationships with industry influencers and suppliers. Manages the full sales cycle, pipeline, territory strategy, and customer adoption while partnering with Relationship Managers and Underwriting. Lead enterprise sales for Billd’s Predictable Pay offering, targeting large general contractors nationwide. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, build executive relationships, develop financial business cases, navigate complex stakeholder groups, and coordinate internal teams to close deals. Support onboarding, account expansion, executive sponsorship, and strategic customer growth. The role also contributes to go-to-market strategy and category creation for a new construction finance product.

Design, build, and own AI-powered marketing systems that generate scalable content, social, email, and creative assets. Translate business needs into reusable AI workflows, optimize performance across HubSpot and analytics, ghostwrite for leadership, manage organic social, and capture/edit video to drive acquisition and brand quality.

Manage daily contractor deal flow including processing material financing and pay-app advance requests, underwriting purchases, setting up supplier and GC accounts, maintaining account documentation, performing background and project diligence, communicating status to contractors/suppliers, collaborating with sales and underwriting, and supporting audits and process improvements.

Lead go-to-market efforts for the Turner Accelerated Payment Program, driving APP customer acquisition and revenue.
