Lead BigTime’s product management team and next-generation AI-native PSA platform. Own product roadmaps, release sequencing, specifications, customer migrations, PM hiring and development, executive customer relationships, advisory board engagement, and cross-functional alignment. Also oversee the existing BigTime Delivery roadmap. The role requires building a new platform alongside an established product, shipping AI capabilities, managing distributed teams, and traveling periodically to Poland, customers, and industry events.

Build and maintain AWS infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and automation across Windows and Linux environments. Manage Kubernetes deployments, monitoring, patching, configuration, security controls, and production serverless architectures. Partner with development and QA teams on reliable releases, support SOC 2 compliance, document infrastructure and processes, and contribute to disaster recovery and incident response planning.

Lead customers through BigTime software implementations from kickoff to go-live. Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, data migration, configuration, training, workflow optimization, and post-implementation services. Provide consultative guidance on time tracking, billing, invoicing, reporting, and project management. Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product, and Support while maintaining Salesforce documentation and escalating issues appropriately.

Own the roadmap and outcomes for BigTime’s financial core, including project accounting, revenue recognition, cost modeling, WIP, unbilled balances, period close, and GL/ERP integrations. Partner with engineering, design, finance, sales, and customers to define specifications, priorities, acceptance criteria, and AI-native finance workflows. The role requires strong product management experience, technical fluency, and deep accounting or financial systems domain knowledge.

Own the post-sale lifecycle for a book of SaaS accounts, including onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Maintain Salesforce and Vitally hygiene, audit product usage, configure workflows, train customers, run account plans, identify and close expansion opportunities, and proactively manage renewal risk. Build multi-stakeholder relationships, operate BigTime’s AI agent stack, and partner with technical engineers on adoption. The role requires commercial ownership, product fluency, financial prioritization, proactive account management, and comfort working in an evolving operating model.
