Manage a portfolio of post-onboarding customers to drive retention, NRR, adoption, and satisfaction. Build success plans, monitor health, lead renewals and expansions, deliver education and demos, coordinate cross-functional support, and maintain records in Salesforce to ensure measurable customer value.
