Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns (paid media, email nurture, digital, events) to drive qualified pipeline for 401(k) sales. Manage agency relationships, media performance, budgets, audience targeting/ABM, and lead nurture. Partner with RevOps on lead routing/scoring, track MQL and pipeline metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain social proof through case studies and reviews.

Own and evolve the GTM systems architecture with Salesforce as the core system of record. Define integration patterns, data contracts, and system-of-record boundaries; design and deliver complex cross-system solutions; audit and remediate platform health, data integrity, and security; guide technical direction, review designs, mentor engineers, and lead high-risk vendor evaluations and migrations in partnership with GTM, Data, and Engineering teams.

Lead design and implementation of full-stack, customer-facing systems for User Engagement. Shape technical direction, mentor engineers, drive complex projects from discovery to release, improve developer workflows, and ensure high performance, reliability, observability, and maintainability of web applications.
