Manages a small team and partners with training and organizational change teams. Requires deep PPM technology experience, portfolio insights expertise, team leadership, and strong stakeholder communication.

Lead mechanical evaluation, testing, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support for Sentinel ICBM support equipment and Major Maintenance Vehicles. Review CAD designs and technical specifications, oversee production and testing, resolve mechanical failures, and provide sustainment expertise. The role requires extensive aerospace or mechanical engineering experience, a Secret clearance, SAP eligibility, and familiarity with DoD acquisition programs and MBSE tools.

Manages and improves the IT PMO framework, lifecycle guidance, templates, standards, and delivery materials. Enables project managers through clear processes, job aids, checklists, and lifecycle expectations. Partners with training, readiness, tooling, business, audit, quality, and Agile teams to align practices, improve accessibility, incorporate feedback, and support consistent project delivery across diverse environments.

Supports Microsoft Windows and VMware infrastructure across physical and virtual environments. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, maintaining, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and securing workstations and servers; supporting engineering applications; administering Active Directory and group policies; resolving network connectivity issues; managing backups and security remediation; and using PowerShell for automation. The role requires on-site work five days per week and an active Secret clearance.

Supports and enhances PMO digital tools, including ServiceNow SPM, Microsoft Project, and Power BI. Owns project, program, and portfolio dashboards; maintains data integrity; supports resource management reporting; tests system releases; and improves workflows through automation and AI-enabled capabilities. The role also manages configurations, documentation, user support, office hours, training materials, and cross-functional alignment of PMO frameworks and lifecycle processes.

Design printed circuit board layouts with digital, analog, RF, and power circuits, participating in design reviews and ensuring specifications are met.

Support system architecture, OS/infrastructure, and application operations for a government customer. Troubleshoot and maintain Linux/Windows servers, build AWS instances, use CloudFormation/RDS, manage databases, deploy via Salt, monitor logs/events, write SOPs, and coordinate with developers and vendors. Requires ability to work off-hours and follow security protocols.
