Provide day-to-day technical and programmatic direction, maintain schedules and deliverables, interface with customers, ensure personnel training and performance management, support contract artifacts (BOE, SOW, CDRL), and use tools like DOORS, Windchill, Creo, and Cameo to deliver interface requirement management for weapon system configurations.

Lead platform engineering projects for an on-premises virtual cloud (VC3), translating tenant needs into engineering plans. Manage DevOps engineers, track cost/schedule/technical performance, assess risks, maintain dashboards and service levels, ensure DoD/BAE compliance, and drive process and team development across cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead space vehicle and spacecraft systems engineering through development, testing, delivery, integration, and on-orbit operations. Support the chief engineer, manage technical baselines, lead design and readiness reviews, guide architecture and trade studies, resolve risks and anomalies, and oversee system documentation and interfaces. The role also includes customer and partner engagement, proposal support, technical presentations, and coaching systems engineers.

Provides technical leadership for complex software engineering programs supporting electronic warfare, secure communications, radar warning, and electronic attack systems. Responsibilities include C++ software development in Linux, design analysis, code modification, testing and validation, technical presentations, process improvement, mentoring, and collaboration with systems, hardware, and test engineering teams. The role is fully onsite and requires an active DoD Secret clearance.
