Lead an Agile software team to design and develop electronic warfare software, drive architecture and design reviews, coordinate cross-discipline engineering, develop schedules and earned value metrics, support capture/proposal activities, and ensure successful implementation of the software development process.

Design, develop, integrate, and test enterprise satellite ground systems. Integrate custom and industry-standard applications, build CI/CD and containerized test infrastructure, interface with customers, support program reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR), and lead/interact with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-ready ground software.

Support ICBM flight test program: mission planning, pre/post-launch analysis, telemetry and IMU data processing, 6 DoF and vehicle dynamics modeling, accuracy estimation, anomaly investigation, tool development, and reporting.

Perform hands-on troubleshooting, debugging, and testing of microwave/RF assemblies and sub-assemblies in production and prototyping. Develop process improvements and tune patterns to meet specifications, support systems engineering with return evaluations, provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians, and report test-process issues for corrective action.

Lead development, maturation, implementation, and demonstration of ATA/ATR algorithms for multimodal seekers. Design and deploy sensor algorithms including signal/image processing, target tracking, and data fusion; implement on embedded systems and run digital and hardware-in-the-loop simulations. Collaborate with distributed teams, engage customers and executives, and support efforts from R&D prototypes through production.

Define and evolve software architecture for airborne and ground survivability systems. Lead integration of EO/IR and laser sensors, champion open architectures, guide development teams, produce MBSE/SysML artifacts, perform technology evaluations, code reviews, and mentor engineers while ensuring high-performance, secure embedded solutions.

Perform structural analysis and testing for spacecraft, payloads, optics, mechanisms, and ground support using closed-form and finite element methods. Develop loads and environments, support static/modal/acoustic/shock/vibration tests, write detailed reports, and collaborate across engineering teams. On-site work five days per week; may require travel between campuses.

Produce and maintain electrical/electronic drawings and one-function diagrams for Strategic Weapon Systems using CAD. Extract and trace signals from wiring diagrams and schematics, apply electrical theory to circuit reviews, hyperlink datasets for troubleshooting, collaborate across technical teams, review alterations, and support installation verification and corrective maintenance activities.

Develop, integrate, and test embedded satellite ground and application software, build CI/CD and containerized test infrastructure, and support enterprise ground system delivery. Interface with customers, participate in design reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR), provide technical leadership, and collaborate across systems, software, and test teams.

Lead and manage Systems Engineering teams (Mission Engineering, Core Systems Engineering, or Mission Integration). Oversee processes, requirements and baseline management, V&V planning/execution, mission integration and simulator operations. Provide staff development, cross-enterprise collaboration, and organizational leadership while maintaining on-site presence and supporting program delivery.
