Design and develop embedded software for avionics, flight controls, vehicle power systems, autonomous systems, and defense applications. Develop and implement environmental programs, maintain document/version control, support PESHE/MIL-STD-882E, oversee MILCON environmental oversight, coordinate with state DEQs and stakeholders, integrate requirements into the IMS, and mitigate program risks.

Lead development and execution of system verification strategies for a U.S. Navy weapon system. Manage verification IPTs, maintain requirements verification traceability (RVTM), oversee verification deliverables, lead and mentor engineering teams, and serve as primary technical interface with senior Navy customers. Support technical reviews and deliver presentations and documentation.

Lead enterprise strategy and roadmaps for manufacturing and quality digital services (MRP, MES/MOM, QMS, PLM, IoT/edge). Drive Factory 5.0 transformation, IT/OT standardization, plant cybersecurity, and sustainment of enterprise platforms. Improve OEE, reduce CoPQ, modernize planning, enable IoT telemetry/edge analytics, integrate supplier quality, govern programs, and develop service management and engineering teams across a matrixed organization.

Define API lifecycle, SDLC governance, testing automation, CI/CD, and reusable architecture. Drive simplification, platform standardization, requirements traceability, observability, and operational support. Mentor technical leaders, influence stakeholders, manage change, and communicate technical tradeoffs and ROI to executives.

Lead development and management of Integrated Master Schedules and Performance Measurement Baselines. Perform schedule performance analysis, schedule risk assessments (including Monte Carlo SRAs and critical path analysis), prepare proposal schedules, support Integrated Baseline Reviews, and ensure schedules comply with DoD, customer, and EVMS requirements. Advise leadership and facilitate cross-functional schedule integration and continuous improvement.

Own strategy, architecture, reliability, security, and lifecycle of the enterprise data and AI platform stack (Snowflake, Dataiku, Power BI, Semarchy, Collibra). Define roadmaps, establish engineering standards and guardrails, drive modernization (lakehouse, cloud-native, containerization), ensure resilience, observability, zero-trust data access, and governance. Lead platform engineering, SRE, vendor management, and influence cross-functional senior stakeholders in a regulated defense environment.

Lead development and maintenance of program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Performance Measurement Baselines. Perform schedule risk analyses (Monte Carlo, critical path), track schedule performance, support proposal schedules and IBRs, brief stakeholders, ensure compliance with DoD and EVMS requirements, and drive continuous improvement across program functions.
