Perform structural analysis and testing for spacecraft, payloads, and support equipment using closed-form and finite element methods. Develop loads/environments, support static/modal/acoustic/shock testing, write detailed analysis/test reports, and collaborate across teams to ensure design and test readiness.

Lead and manage Systems Engineering teams (Mission Engineering, Core Systems Engineering, or Mission Integration). Develop and implement SE processes and best practices, oversee personnel, training, and career development, support cross-enterprise collaboration, manage requirements, V&V, integration, simulators, and technical baselines. Maintain effective relationships across the organization, ensure executional excellence, and perform other duties as needed. On-site work five days per week.

Support ICBM Digital Ecosystem systems engineering: model requirements, functions, components, interfaces, and test cases; advise leadership; participate in working groups; produce briefings and documentation; collaborate with government and digital engineering teammates; implement digital strategy and recommend solutions.

Lead strategic and operational information security for critical systems: enforce policies, analyze and mitigate threats, oversee network hardware, manage IAVA and configuration control, develop C&A documentation and System Security Plans, and perform day-to-day security operations to maintain compliance and operational integrity.
