Develop and maintain ServiceNow infrastructure, APIs, workflows, integrations, permissions, and automated testing within AWS cloud environments supporting MBSE and digital engineering. Integrate ServiceNow with Linux and Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, LDAP, monitoring tools, and DevSecOps platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documentation, technical presentations, configuration management, security validation, Agile development, and collaboration with government customers and leadership.

Supports cost, performance, schedule, financial, and risk management for Department of Defense Foreign Military Sales projects. Develop and use configurable, self-checking FPGA verification environments for electronic warfare systems. Create constrained-random test plans, reusable verification IP, and metric-driven testbenches using SystemVerilog/UVM and/or VHDL. Analyze coverage metrics, improve test effectiveness, advance verification methodologies, and collaborate with engineers across multiple locations while supporting multiple projects and driving tasks to completion.

Develop and use SystemVerilog/UVM or VHDL verification environments for FPGA and ASIC systems supporting electronic warfare applications. Create constrained-random, self-checking testbenches, test plans, verification IP, and coverage-driven test strategies. Analyze metrics, improve test effectiveness, contribute to verification methodologies, collaborate with distributed engineering teams, and execute multiple projects to schedule. The role is full-time onsite.

Develop and verify FPGA designs for electronic warfare systems using SystemVerilog/UVM and/or VHDL testbenches. Create constrained-random, metric-driven test plans, analyze coverage, develop reusable verification IP, improve verification methodologies, and collaborate with engineering teams across multiple locations. The role is full-time onsite and requires strong communication, documentation, scheduling, and multitasking skills.

Design and develop battery, high-voltage, and high-power electronic packaging systems. Perform thermal and structural analyses, present findings, resolve complex design challenges, and finalize design approaches. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering teams, customers, and suppliers to develop lightweight, cost-effective products, mitigate battery thermal runaway risks, and meet technical, schedule, budget, and pricing objectives.

Leads analog and digital electrical design, power supply development, verification, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and transition to production for complex aerospace and defense electronic modules. Uses circuit simulation and PCB design tools, supports MIL-STD compliance, resolves defects, improves manufacturing yield, interfaces with customers and suppliers, and mentors engineers and technicians.

Manage data requirement and electrical change requests for the U.S. Navy Strategic Weapon System. Coordinate with contractors, lead pre-coordination meetings, develop and drive change requests, perform impact reviews on SPALT and contractor documentation, support technical resolution with SSP working groups, and implement changes into SSP documentation. Limited off-site travel may be required.

Develop, test, and maintain embedded satellite/airborne/ground software across the full software lifecycle. Design and implement software (C/C++, Rust, Python, Ruby) for Embedded Linux, interact with FPGAs, configure embedded Linux distributions (PetaLinux/Yocto), implement messaging (MQTT/ZeroMQ), produce UML designs, follow formal development practices, and support integration, testing, and documentation. On-site five days weekly; requires active Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
