The Project Analyst at BAE Systems Inc. in Rome, NY will provide project coordination and analysis services in support of Air Force and Department of Defense customers. Generate staffing and material estimates, track tasks using Microsoft Project, and manage complex subcontracts. Mentor junior engineers and maintain effective working relationships within the company. BS degree in Engineering with 12+ years of experience required.

Supervise and contribute to the Aviation Weapons segment of the PGSS product line. Lead and manage a systems engineering team to develop requirements, monitor design, complete test and verification, deliver, and support critical mission capabilities. Role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work in a hybrid format.
