Lead deployment of operational excellence and supplier quality initiatives across the sector using Lean Six Sigma, KPI programs, CI project portfolio management, and supplier coaching. Drive supplier performance improvements, resolve systemic supplier issues with RCA/8D, lead kaizens, and support Green/Black Belt certification to ensure quality, delivery, cost, and inventory targets are met.
