Design, deploy, secure, and sustain enterprise Cisco Unified Communications solutions (CUCM, Unity, IM&P, UCCX/UCCE). Lead voice system modernization, PKI/certificate management, upgrades, SIP trunking, SRST/CUBE configuration, call routing, and call center implementations. Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, produce design/project documentation, evaluate and optimize algorithms (C++), and collaborate with systems, hardware, and test engineers through full lifecycle development and customer technical reviews.

Co-op role supporting mechanical hardware engineering for ground and airborne navigation products. Create CAD models and mechanical design artifacts, capture technical requirements, support integration/verification testing in military-grade environments, generate design documentation, assist manufacturing transition, and collaborate with electrical, software, systems, and test engineers.

Produce web, graphic, and multimedia design assets and branded templates that maintain visual identity across channels. Ensure all designs comply with branding guidelines and support government customer requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver consistent visual communications.
