Design, develop, integrate, and certify test system software and hardware using primarily Python and Ruby. Participate in requirements, architecture, implementation, CI/CD, and cross-disciplinary testing for ground, airborne, and space systems. Manage full project lifecycle, perform technical design and analysis for thermal, pumping, HVAC, piping, and pressure systems, lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee procurement and construction, execute commissioning, integrate safety and regulatory compliance, and provide technical recommendations and cost estimates for DoD-funded projects.

Lead ILS/IPS engineering for defense electronic systems across development, production, and sustainment. Apply 12 IPS elements, use logistics tools/models to perform LORA, MTA, spares and provisioning analyses, develop logistics databases and manuals, coordinate ILS personnel and deliverables, engage customers and program managers, and support lifecycle sustainment planning. Must attain Secret clearance and work hybrid onsite/remote.

Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams, facilitate SAFe ceremonies, remove impediments, maintain Agile metrics in JIRA/Azure DevOps, support backlog refinement and PI Planning, lead retrospectives, ensure Definition of Done and acceptance criteria, support audit documentation, and pursue SAFe Scrum Master certification within 12 months.

The AEGIS Test Director coordinates mission operations, oversees systems installation and troubleshooting, and reports on mission event statuses.

Lead and scale a cleared, multi-disciplinary engineering organization to enable rapid-cycle R&D. Build workforce readiness, enforce engineering standards (DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC, MBSE), embed AI-native practices, coordinate resource planning and integration, and recruit/mentor technical talent to deliver mission-capable systems on compressed timelines.

Lead mechanical design and drafting for electro-mechanical hardware from concept through production using 3D CAD and PLM. Perform packaging, tolerance/GD&T analysis, release and control product definition data, support prototypes and manufacturing, execute ECRs/ECOs, delegate work to designers/drafters, and work on secure DoD programs in on-site facilities.
