Work on multidisciplinary teams, support customer milestones, and perform onsite collaboration. Active US Secret clearance required.

Support development and resolution of moderately complex technical issues for US Navy communications systems and networks, including software-defined transceivers and amplification devices. Create and analyze engineering documentation, work with new and deployed shipboard equipment, and collaborate with teams or independently on design and implementation tasks.

Lead a Model Based Engineering (MBE) section supporting US defense programs. Split time between people management and hands-on MBSE work: develop model-based architectures using SysML/UML/UAF, guide program MBSE activities, build and validate models, create model database rules, drive adoption of digital engineering practices, and mentor staff while coordinating with business and DE leaders.

Lead platform engineering projects for an on-premises virtual cloud (VC3), provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, manage DevOps engineers, ensure cost/schedule/technical performance, maintain metrics and service levels, communicate risks to leadership, and improve processes and staffing to meet tenant needs and compliance.
