Lead a 20+ multi-disciplinary engineering team to architect and execute rugged digital/mixed-signal electronics designs (embedded processors, FPGAs, high-speed serial). Drive design reviews, mentor engineers, coordinate across procurement/operations/program management, support capture/proposals, and own hardware development lifecycle from schematic/PCB to environmental qualification while aligning technical work to program cost and schedule constraints.

Lead a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver rugged high-speed digital/mixed-signal electronics. Drive architecture and technical reviews, mentor engineers, coordinate across procurement/operations/program management, support capture/proposals, and manage hardware development from schematic and PCB layout through environmental qualification and deployment.

Design and deliver FPGA systems across the development lifecycle: architecture, RTL coding, synthesis, place-and-route, timing closure, simulation, lab bring-up and debug, product support, and FPGA security. Mentor engineers, collaborate on cross-functional teams, and develop testbenches and scripts to support verification and lab testing.

Lead a multi-disciplinary team to architect and deliver rugged digital/mixed-signal electronic systems from concept through verification. Drive design reviews, mentor engineers, coordinate across engineering/procurement/operations, define hardware baselines for proposals, and manage cost/schedule tradeoffs to achieve reliable, deployable hardware.
