Lead development, production, and growth of transportable Very Low Frequency (VLF) transmitters for maritime applications. Manage cross-functional teams to meet financial, schedule, technical, and business objectives; drive capture and pursuit activities; oversee risk/opportunity, lifecycle, and process improvements; and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and senior leadership to deliver programs on-time and within budget.

Perform end-to-end electro-optical (EO) payload performance analysis across radiometric, spatial, and spectral domains.
