Leads operations performance for ACES electronic warfare programs, managing quality, schedule, cost, baseline plans, budgets, estimates at completion, and variance explanations. Presents operational data to leadership, directs cross-functional meetings, improves processes, supports supply chain planning and execution, and coordinates production or development operations projects. Requires strong communication, financial acumen, cross-functional leadership, and eligibility to obtain a Special Access Clearance.

Performs root cause failure analysis on electrical, mechanical, and mechatronic avionics components and assemblies. Develops analysis plans, conducts testing and inspection, documents findings, recommends corrective actions, and mitigates recurrence.
