Lead spacecraft electrical power systems engineering for space missions, performing design, sizing, testing, procurement oversight, and delivering EPDS components (batteries, solar arrays). Represent power team to programs, support proposals, advance power architectures, manage IR&D, and collaborate across teams to ensure mission requirements are met.

Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, maintain configuration management, incorporate mark-ups, prepare maintenance illustrations, and collaborate with engineers, technicians, and customers to update Technical Data Packages.

Coordinate with customers, architects, and vendors to implement DISA-standard network activations. Manage service orders/TSOs, configure network devices, perform IT&A testing, validate DISN databases, monitor impacts, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions. Requires active Secret clearance and DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification.

Design, develop, integrate, test, debug, field, and support embedded electronic systems as part of a cross-functional team. Work directly on target hardware, produce technical documentation, and communicate progress and technical solutions to maximize team productivity.

Install, configure, test, monitor, and activate DISA/DoD network equipment and services. Coordinate with customers, architects, and vendors; manage service orders and TSOs; perform IT&A, troubleshooting, documentation, and network monitoring to validate deployed changes and ensure end-to-end connectivity.

Lead and manage end-to-end proposal development and bidding strategy for defense contracts. Oversee proposal schedules, train and direct proposal teams and Red Team reviews, develop themes/messages, review all proposal content, interact with senior stakeholders, and ensure continuous improvement of the Proposal Process. Support post-delivery materials and maintain proposal best practices.

Design, implement, and optimize complex network architectures; deploy and manage routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, MPLS, and SD-WAN; work with cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network automation; create technical designs and documentation; brief designs to review boards; mentor junior engineers and resolve complex network issues.

Manage enterprise incident lifecycle for multi-classification WAN/LAN networks: analyze trends and root causes, produce reports, facilitate postmortems and technical meetings, assign and track incidents in an ITSM tool, escalate and own major incidents, create knowledge articles, and verify service restorations.
