Leads and manages a software engineering team supporting mission-critical C4ISR space systems. Provides technical leadership for MBSE, systems architecture, and digital engineering across complex programs. Develops system architectures, requirements structures, interfaces, verification relationships, modeling methods, reference architectures, and reusable MBSE patterns. Integrates models with engineering and lifecycle data, evaluates systemic process and digital opportunities, mentors engineers, facilitates cross-functional technical discussions, and guides responsible use of AI and automation in engineering workflows.

Develop and refactor C/C++ embedded software and signal-processing algorithms for space applications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, respond to evolving requirements, and improve existing code efficiency and maintainability. The role requires substantial embedded development experience, algorithm or digital signal processing expertise, strong technical communication, a computer science or computer engineering degree, U.S. citizenship, and an existing Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret/SCI and a CI polygraph.

Design, develop, integrate, and verify real-time mission software in C++ and C# on Linux platforms for electronic warfare systems. Responsibilities include full lifecycle development, Agile and DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, cross-disciplinary collaboration, support for international military programs, and mentoring early-career engineers.
