Responsible for selling Axon products to law enforcement, managing major accounts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining client relationships in a remote and traveling position.

As an Account Executive on Axon's Corrections Sales Team, you will drive strategic sales efforts, build executive relationships, and navigate complex procurement processes to transform state correctional systems with modern technology solutions.

The Account Executive will lead complex, enterprise-wide sales efforts in the corrections sector, forging executive relationships, drive strategic transformations, and exceed sales targets through deep understanding of public sector needs.

Field Account Executive selling TASER products and Axon cloud services to medium-large law enforcement agencies. Territory quota-carrying role focused on revenue growth, senior relationship management, account strategy, product demonstrations/training, forecasting, competitor intelligence, and CRM-driven opportunity tracking. Requires heavy travel and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead cross-functional execution of complex software and hardware programs by partnering with product, engineering, and design. Build data-driven plans, manage risks and dependencies, improve processes, communicate status to senior leaders, and enable teams to deliver on-time and on-budget across global sites.

Own day-to-day technical relationship with major enterprise customers, provide tier-2 support, lead deployments and project management, troubleshoot hardware/software (including TASER devices), influence product roadmaps, deliver technical guidance and training, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful adoption.

Lead design and delivery of cloud-based, production-grade systems for new healthcare enterprise products. Build proofs-of-concept into scalable integrations with EHRs, devices, and AI-powered features (speech/LLM). Coordinate cross-team engineering work, set technical standards, mentor engineers, and drive adoption of AI-assisted development while ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.

Embed onsite as the primary technical owner for a strategic public-safety account: design, build, deploy, and iterate AI-enabled agents, workflows, integrations, and data pipelines on Axon’s platform. Drive adoption, measure mission outcomes, troubleshoot cross-team issues, and translate field insights into reusable playbooks while maintaining CJIS and security compliance.

Partner with Account Executives to sell Axons RMS solutions to large public safety agencies. Lead technical discovery, design complex RMS and dispatch workflows, scope projects and develop SOWs, drive pre-sales strategy, and deliver tailored demos. Influence product roadmap with field insights, manage procurement and RFP processes, build long-term agency relationships, mentor junior advocates, and meet quota while traveling extensively across assigned region.

Design, build, and maintain backend services while optimizing CI/CD systems and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with teams to improve service reliability and developer experience.
