Own DEMS mobile product strategy and execution for evidence capture, collection, and management workflows in Axon App. Lead migration from Axon Capture, manage roadmap and adoption metrics, coordinate engineering, design, sales, legal, localization, and operations, and engage customers through field research. The role also mentors mobile product managers, drives international compliance and launches, and influences cross-functional decisions across DEMS, Devices, and go-to-market teams.

Integrate, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot a cloud-based emergency communications platform. Responsibilities include VoIP and PBX integration, customer onboarding, customized unified communications solutions, technical documentation, operations-team training, and technical support. The role requires expertise in VoIP protocols, networking, Linux, cloud environments, and highly available real-time communications systems while coordinating with operations, engineering, sales, product, and other stakeholders.
