Lead and manage end-to-end video production for campaigns, events, and internal projects. Oversee scheduling, logistics, budgets, contracts, and day-of production. Source and direct vendors and internal editors/shooters, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and communications stakeholders to deliver high-quality video content.

Design and implement high-performance native software for low-latency real-time video streaming on body cameras and edge devices. Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of streaming services, design native APIs/SDKs, collaborate across embedded, cloud, and ML teams, lead technical designs, and mentor teammates through code reviews.

Lead end-to-end research in computer vision and ML to develop multimodal, privacy-preserving models for cloud and edge devices. Design, optimize, and validate algorithms (scene understanding, action recognition, anomaly detection), produce metrics, mentor junior scientists, and translate research into production-ready, efficient solutions while contributing publications and patents.

Lead product safety and regulatory compliance across commercial and MIL‑SPEC product lines. Perform system safety analyses (HAZID, FMEA/FMECA), drive UL and OSHA/NFPA compliance, oversee lab and manufacturing safety programs, document certification submittals, and embed safety requirements early in design while training and scaling safety processes.

Lead and manage Axon's video production from brief to delivery, overseeing pre-production, shoots, post, budgets, contracts, internal editors, and external vendors. Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and creative alignment with stakeholders while ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency across campaigns, trade shows, customer stories, and executive presentations.

As a Frontend Software Engineer I, you will design, develop, and maintain front-end web applications, facilitating collaboration and ensuring high code quality. You will mentor junior team members and contribute to internal communications, enhancing public safety data accessibility.

Support period-end close and statutory reporting for international entities. Prepare/review journal entries, reconciliations, cash reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit support. Drive process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and handle special projects to ensure accurate US GAAP financial reporting.
